The mission of the Committee on Ministries of the Congregation (COMC) is to ensure transparency of Fellowship operations, to provide feedback from and to the congregation, and to strive to maintain harmony among Fellowship members. The Committee fulfills its mission by conducting, on a three year rotating schedule:
1. An evaluation of the Minister
2. An evaluation of the Director of Religious Education
3. A survey of the congregation to identify concerns and issues of importance to congregational members.
Further, the COMC assists in the resolution of conflicts that may arise in the UUFSB community, and assists members with grievances through a process of conflict resolution applied confidentially and in a timely manner. A member of the UUFSB community has a right to a hearing of any personal concern regarding Fellowship policies and practices, or matters pertaining to interpersonal relationships in the community.

Members of the Committee on Ministry are nominated by the Nominating Committee and elected by the members of the congregation at the annual meeting of the Fellowship in June.
