SUN Style 73 TAI CHI Advanced - MONDAY, 10:30 a.m.
On Monday mornings, our Tai Chi teacher, Diane Greenberg, is teaching a form called SUN 73 FORMS TAI CHI. Sun 73 is the mother form of Tai Chi for arthritis and is more challenging. This form takes longer to learn because it is longer in length and has more complicated movements. This class has advanced to where at this point beginners will not be allowed to join. See Diane's Wednesday classes.

Tai Chi Yang 24 All Levels - WEDNESDAY, 9:45 a.m.
Certified instructor, Diane Greenberg, will be starting a Yang style 24 class. This form is a classic for that you would see being practiced in the parks in China. These gentle flowing movements have proven to increase flexibility, balance and improve joint health. Comfortable clothing and sneakers are all that's needed.

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH All Levels - WEDNESDAY, 11:00 a.m.
Based on Sun style Tai Chi, this form was designed specifically for people with arthritis but is also good for any beginning tai chi student. This class is for students new to tai chi for arthritis. Some meditation and Qigong may also be explored.

BEGINNER TAI CHI 24 MOVEMENT - THURSDAY, 6:00 p.m.
George Graf will continue to teach the classic 24 movement form. If you've never done Tai Chi before this is the class for you. Learn the form you see done in parks in China, San Francisco and even New York City's Chinatown. ; Class will include some meditation. New students welcomed.

WUDANG 28 MOVEMENT TAI CHI - THURSDAY, 7:15 p.m.
George Graf will continue to teach Tai Chi 28 form in this class for this semester. All levels welcome. The form will be Wudang 28 movement form. This form is suitable for the beginner as well as a more advanced student. It's considered the third generation form. Stemming from 13 postures to the 108 posture to the 28. It's also designed for general public to enjoy. The form is short and doesn't take a lot of time to do, making it easier to fit into the busy life an average person may have. The form is coming from where Tai Chi began so the benefits of the form are numerous, from skeletal, muscular, circulation, to helping prevent disease.

YANG 24 FORM TAI CHI Intermediate - FRIDAY, 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
Continue the journey with Gwen DeVercelly as she leads you in the Yang 24 Form, long practiced in China for health and longevity. This class is for students who have studied Yang 24 for at least one semester.

Certified instructor Gwen DeVercelly will lead you in the classic Yang 24 Form, widely practiced in the US and China. The gentle flowing movements aim to increase balance, flexibility and relaxation and improve overall mind, body and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. No knowledge of Tai Chi is necessary.
