TAI CHI AND CHI GONG CLASSES AVAILABLE:
Tai Chi
On Monday mornings, 10:30 a.m., our Tai Chi teacher, Diane Greenberg, is teaching a form called SUN 73 FORMS TAI CHI. Sun 73 is the mother form of Tai Chi for arthritis and is more challenging. This form takes longer to learn because it is longer in length and has more complicated movements. Diane can teach this form with modified techniques for jumps, kicks and spins. Diane states that "modifications conducive for both beginners and seniors will be taught." In addition there will be an extension for a half hour (11:40 - 12:10) of Tai Chi 24 movement for those who know the form and want to practice. Four dates will be with Diane's guidance, other days will be student practice.
