Governance:

Board of Trustees

• The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the UUFSB. The Board has charge of the business affairs of the Fellowship and the control of its administration in accordance with the basic policies as determined by the membership.

By-laws Review

• Reviews the existing By-laws and submits a report to the congregation of recommended changes or revisions for a vote every even calendar year.

Council of Committee Chairs

• The Council of Committe Chairs supports the Vision and Mission of the Fellowship, coordinates the activities of the Fellowship, and facilitates communication among the members.

Nominating Committee

• The Nominating Committee is responsible for the invitation to serve as trustee or as a member of a Committee of the Fellowship  

Denominational Affairs

 

Financial Committees:

Finance Committee

• The Finance Committee oversees the financial status of the Fellowship. We monitor and give guidance on responsible use of the Fellowship's precious financial resources.

Ways and Means Committee

• The Ways and Means Committee oversees and coordinates all fundraising programs for the Fellowship.

Annual Budget Drive Committee (Canvass)

• The Annual Budget Drive Committee funds the mission of the UUFSB by securing financial support from members and supporters.

Auditing Committee

• The Auditing Committee performs a once-a-year audit to verify the books of the Fellowship and assure financial integrity and transparency.
