In accordance with the By-laws, the Nominating Committee places an invitation in the first UUFSB Newsletter of April, requesting voting members who are interested in serving as trustee or as a member of a Committee of the Fellowship to notify the Nominating Committee.

At the Annual Meeting, the Nominating Committee places in nomination candidates for the following positions commencing immediately upon the termination of the annual meeting:

·   Three (3) members of the Board of Trustees for three (3) year terms
·   One (1) youth member of the Board of Trustees for a one (1) year term
·   At least one (1) and no more than two (2) members of the Committee on the Ministries of the Fellowship, each of whom shall serve for a three (3) year term
·   One (1) Canvass Committee co-chair who will serve for a two (2) year term
·   Two (2) members of the Auditing Committee, who will serve for a one (1) year term(s)
·   One (1) member of the Endowment Fund Committee who will serve for a three (3) year term
·   Three (3) members of the Nominating Committee who will serve for a one (1) year term
·   Nominations for the unexpired term(s) of any of the above-mentioned offices
