The Ways and Means Committee is the interface with the Board of Trustees, individuals, and or groups in the Fellowship who raise funds through new and traditional fundraising activities. Additionally, Ways and Means prepares a calendar of fundraising events designed to satisfy the fundraising line item in the annual budget. To accomplish this, the committee solicits fundraising ideas such as Granny’s Attic, 1890’s Fair, etc., selects a slate of activities for the year, develops the calendar, identifies and installs project team leaders, and oversees the events. The committee reports on the events and their proceeds to the board, and makes recommendations for the following year. It meets monthly or as needed throughout the year.
