Our Minister

Our new Consulting Minister is Reverend Carol Wolff. Carol comes to us from the Connecticut area, having recently served a congregation for several years as their minister.

Reverend Wolff grew up in New Jersey, and has friends and family on Long Island. She grew up in a Protestant denomination; however, she seemed to question the tenets of Christianity at a rather young age. A naturally gregarious, social person, Carol continued to participate in the youth programs of the church, enjoying those social outlets as well as the opportunities to develop h er leadership skills.

Carol then attended college in New Jersey and majored in music, eventually teaching music in the public schools for a while. However, as so often happens, Carol, who married and had children, found her way to Unitarian Universalism, becoming very active in her congregation in St. Louis and even becoming the Director of Religious Education there.

After that period of time, a calling to the ministry was felt by Carol, and after theological school in Illinois, Carol's ministries kept her in the St. Louis area until she relocated to her last position in Connecticut.
